Q = How do I get started?
A = Call or email with your request. Tell us your name, phone number, address and tell us what kind of session you would like. (wedding, senior, child, family, pet, event, etc.) Go to the Contact us link and fill out the form to get one free 8x10!!!
Q = When do I have to pay for my pictures?
A = You pay a "session fee" up front. Which means the invoice is due the day we shoot your session. You get a shared copyright release, (on some sessions) so you can have your pictures printed anywhere and pay the vendor at that time. I also can print your portraits and my prices are listed under additional fees.
Q = When will my portraits be finished?
A = The typical answer is 6-8 weeks. We color correct and optimize every single shot... this is very time consuming but results in a better end product.However, if it is not my busy season, I can usually get them back to you in a 2-3 weeks.
Q = Is the CD a high resolution or low resolution... and what does that mean?
A = The resolution is what will give you a good quality print. If the resolution is low the prints are only good for emailing and other similiar uses, but will not print well. At Capture That Moment you get a high resolution image so you can print up to a 20x30 size image with good resolution or quality.
Q = I would like to use my credit card, do you accept credit?
A = We are now able to accept credit through PAY PAL, go to the STORE link and you can see the PAYPAL information
