* CTM has 2 photographers on staff for 99% of our weddings. Occasionally one photographer is unable to be there the entire time. If wanting to guarantee 2 photographers for the entire 8hr coverage-- an additional fee of $150 will be required.

Custom Wedding Guest Book:   . .. . . . . . $100
Includes:
  • Unique custom designed 20 page hard cover book with plenty of room for signatures from family and friends.
  • Use pictures from engagement session (recommend expanded session)
  • Name and wedding date on front cover (add $5)
  • Special section dedicated to surprise 'love notes" from Bride and Groom

Miscellaneous Information

A non-refundable $400 retainer/booking fee is required to hold your wedding date

Balance is due three weeks before the event      

Additional DVD/CD for parents  (2 sets $40 or one set for $25)

Extra time is charged at $200 per hour

Mileage is applied (after 20 miles) @ .50 per mile

Rochester sales tax is applied to all services

* a $35 NSF fee will be assessed and balance will need to be paid in cash.





Additional Notes & Information:

   Prices may change at any time on packages, prints and products. Once your retainer is paid the wedding package price is guaranteed for the same wedding year.

Note:
We set up lights before the wedding and do the majority of pictures at that time. If circumstances happen where we will need to tear down the lighting and re-set after the wedding there is an additional fee of $35

WE LOVE DESTINATION WEDDINGS:  Only pay $200 plus travel/lodging expense!!!!

We are a full service studio so for your convienence we can print a proof set for you if desired.   Cost is  $1.50 per proof set.





NOTES:
Photographer retains all copyrights for any photographic usage and gives written permission for client to reproduce images with their CD. However client must give written credit to studio/photographer when posting/publishing the photograph-copyright license and client may not alter the photos in anyway by cropping or zooming in on the pose.
